I Have been trying to break my personal best 5k time for over a year. Nate showed me the proper strength training exercises and programming to help me get stronger and faster. This season I set a new PB time by over a minute. It wasn't easy but it feels amazing! Nate's knowledge and experience, and sometimes patients, help me to improve significantly. Circuit training with Nate Bower for me was like how the Israelites must have felt walking through the red sea with Moses. In absolute awe!! As a mid thirties,stay at home mother of 3, I was in desperate search of a high impact workout that would strenghthen my core, push me to the limit and help boost my confidence. After Nate's class, my body and mind felt unbreakable and I immediately signed up for my first 10K race which I ran with ease. Hooked on Nate's circuit training classes, I will attend his October class with my sights now set on a half marathon. It's great that he can assist me in both high impact endurance and long distance training. His positive reach for the stars attitude is a great help along the way.
