Clients are welcome to drop in and meet me at my training facility. We have an aerobic room, pool and modern equipment to meet all your training needs.

Remote Training using Skype

Nate Bower Fitness is proud to offer remote training! Now you can train with Nate anywhere anytime. Through Skype Nate can give you step by step instructions or answer questions. Train from a Navy ship in the Atlantic or a ski lodge in France. Nate will be there for you 24/7.

Boxing

High Intensity Training - boxing is the perfect full body workout! NB Fitness recommends that most of our clients and athletes learn boxing basics due to its anaerobic and aerobic components. Besides burning those calories, boxing will give you a solid foundation in balance, stability and muscular endurance. Rotational sports such as golf, baseball and tennis all rely on balance, stability and power through the use of fast twitch muscles to generate large amounts of force.
